Department for production organisation in wood industry
is a scientific, development and research centre of Wood
technology department of Faculty of Forestry. It is a source of new
ideas, concepts and methods in the field of management, development,
marketing, organisation, industrial sociology, economics and production
and business management.
In general,
Department for production organisation in wood industry deals with
problems of research, projects and transfer of new concepts and know-how
to wood processing and furniture manufacturing firms. Department fulfil
it's program through studies and projects. It also gives direct
consultations and fulfil it's educational activities by organising
seminars and conferences in firms.
Department
is connected to similar departments (chairs) all over Europe so it is
able to make transfer of knowledge from developed world institutes to
Croatian wood processing and furniture manufacturing firms more accurate.
In research and educational activities Department involve respectable co-operatives
from Croatia and abroad. |
