Generative and vegetative propagation of forest trees, autovegetative propagation, heterovegetative propagation, rejuvenilization, advantages and imperfection of clonal forestry, monoclonal vs. multiclonal forest tree cultures, optimal number of clones, disposition of clones in cultures, clone x environment interaction (GEI), selection of clones for general and specific combining ability, the idiotype, clone seed orchards, conservation of the genetic resources and clonal archives, poplars and willows breeding. Identification of clones and field experiments, mosaic like disposition, estimation of genetic gain in clone testing depending on the selection intensity. Micropropagation of forest trees, somaclonal variation, genetic engineering, molecular biology of forest species, conservation of germplasm. Legislation and legal regulative for the clonal material.
